CocoSpace

Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 July 2026

1. Who we are

CocoSpace and its Cocopilot tools (the “Service”) are operated by Maddy International FZ-LLC, a company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (“CocoSpark”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@cocospark.com.

2. What the Service does

The Service is a private workspace that helps you run your business: strategy modules, a client CRM (contacts, projects, quotes, invoices, contracts, a client portal) and related tools. It is a software tool only. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity on your account. You must give accurate information and be allowed to use the Service for your business. You must be at least 18.

4. Your content and your clients’ data

Everything you put into the Service — your text, files, contacts, documents and your own clients’ details — remains yours. We access it only to operate the Service for you (store it, display it, generate your documents, send the emails you ask for). We never sell your data and we do not use it to advertise to you.

You are responsible for the content you create and send, including the legal mentions, prices, taxes and terms on your own quotes, invoices and contracts, and for having the right to store the personal data of your contacts. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Documents, invoices and taxes

The Service helps you produce quotes, invoices and contracts, but it does not check them for legal or tax compliance. The mandatory legal mentions, VAT rules and payment terms differ by country and profession; it is your responsibility (with your accountant) to enter the correct wording in your settings. The numbers, dates and totals on your documents are yours to verify before sending.

6. Payments

If you connect your own Stripe account, payments made by your clients go directly to your Stripe account. CocoSpark is not a party to those transactions and does not hold your clients’ money. Card processing is handled by Stripe under its own terms. Your subscription to the Service (if any) is billed separately as described at sign-up.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service running smoothly but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve or change features over time.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful, don’t try to break or overload it, and don’t upload content you have no right to use.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and export your data first (Settings → Export all my data). If your access ends, you keep a grace period of at least 30 days to export your data before it is removed. We keep backups only for as long as needed to run the Service and meet our legal obligations.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and CocoSpark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from documents, taxes or communications you produced using the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make an important change, we’ll let you know in the app or by email.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
